These terms apply to brand campaign inquiries and creator applications submitted through the FeGate Solutions marketing division at /marketing.

Submitting a form does not create a contractual relationship, engagement or obligation to provide services, place campaigns or offer paid partnerships. Campaign requirements, compensation, deliverables and usage rights are established separately in writing for each engagement.

Information you provide may be used to evaluate fit, respond to your request and administer potential collaborations, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

FeGate Solutions Inc. may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketing forms after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
